History: From AOS Group to Realys Group / AOS China

Realys Group was created in 2005 in Shanghai under the name of AOS China. At that time, the company was a subsidiary of AOS Group (France) and provided mainly real estate related services. This mean Realys services covered only design, architecture and  construction services. In 2008, AOS China and Middle East was overtaken by its management team.

The after take-over times: launching of a sourcing activity and World Expo project.

After taking over AOS China and Middle East, Benoit Greindl and Eric Goraieb renamed it Realys Group and launched sourcing and procurement services for construction companies. Nowadays Realys Sourcing Teams focuses on providing sustainable construction materials and efficient building energy solutions that fulfill its clients’ global needs.

In 2009, Realys Group was awarded the of the Belgian-European pavilion for Shanghai World Expo 2010.

In May 2009, Realys Group had more than 20 employees, most of them Chinese and based in Shanghai. The company also has some representatives in the Middle-East and in Europe.
