Concept, Basic & Detailed Design Realys Group translates your needs and the requirements compiled during the Programme Management phase into a design reflecting your personal environment. By handling the entire design process, Realys Group provides a global response to complex requirements where the coordination is optimized. Our design services extend from Schematic Design to Construction Drawings and the scale of our projects range from 1.000 sqm to 150.000 sqm. Schematic Design & Concept Design are fully provided by our practice while Basic & Detailed design are prepared with the collaboration of Local Design Institutes to fulfill the local requirements of government authorities.
