Eric Goraieb is currently the General Manager of Realys Group (formerly named AOS China). Before taking over Realys Group with Benoit Greindl in August 2008, Eric Goraieb was the Director of AOS Real Estate and Construction services in China since January 2006.

Eric Goraieb has more than 20 years of experience in China, Europe and the Middle East and an extraordinary experience of multicultural projects in real estates services. His expertise covers Global Occupiers Services, Corporate Real Estate Consulting, Tenant & Owner Representative Role, Space Planning, Architectural & Design Services (EPCM Contracts), Interior Design and Change Management.

Davy Liu is our Fit-out and Operations Director. Thanks to his multi disciplinary experience, he understands each project in its broad picture. His deep knowledge of the whole industry and China provide a high added value to our clients. Davy significantly contributed to all the projects achieved by Realys Group in the past 4 years.

Davy holds an MBA from Aenta School of Management and a Degree in Engineering with a Major in Metallic Material Processing from East Chine Institute of Metallurgy. Before joining Realys, Davy worked in the Sales department of several companies: Shueco International, Jurong International Consultants, Fag Bearing Group (Germany) and Baosteel Group.

Jack Li is a key member of our technical team as he has very strong capabilities in MEP solutions. Whatever the project, Jack is an enthusiast and surprising team player always ready to help and dedicate his time for the success of projects.
Jack Li has been involved on various projects such as Areva, Eden Chocolate, the Eco-resort,

Jack has a Bachelor Degree in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University. Since his graduation, Jack has accumulated technical experience in Chinese and international companies like Saint-Gobain Research, Shanghai Simbed Semiconductor Manufacturing, Shanghai Mammoth Air Conditioning Equipment and Hangzhou Xileng Refrigeration Equipment.

Jady is part of our design team for more than 2 years now. Passionate about design, she is convinced that design contributes not only to sustainable development, but also to people wellness and harmony.

So far, Jady has been working on various projects such as Areva, Porsche, Kraft Foods, China Floors, etc. Today, she mainly works on the design and development of an eco resort located in the Chinese countryside.

Jady has a Degree in PR from East China Normal University and another Degree in interior Design fro JiangSu University. After that, Jady worked in the design department of Aurora Furniture as product designer, and then moved as Interior Designer at Duncan and Miller Design & G.J.D. DesignNet as Interior Designer and later at PDM International China.

John joined Realys Group in 2008 and is responsible for the operations. He has been working on several projects in China and in the Middle East, and was also responsible for launching the Middle East activities.
John holds a Master in Sciences in Civil Construction Engineering from University of Louvain (Belgium) and a Master in Management from Solvay Brussels School of Management and Economics. John is fluent in French, Dutch and English. In addition to that, he has a good knowledge of German and Mandarin.
Before working for Realys Group, John was working at Tractebel (SUEZ) where he accumulated strong international experience by being in charge of several international projects in Europe and Asia. In 2007, John was granted the Prince Albert Fund award, which gave him the chance to develop international business skills as export manager for a steel company, on top of his technical background.

Joyce is our Administration and accounting officer. She assists Benoit in the management and coordination of internal functions and operations. Before joining Realys Group in 2007, she accumulated strong experience in various companies such as Urbis Property Consulting, CMA-CGM Logistics, French Trade Commission, The Economist Group, etc.

Joyce speaks perfectly French, English and Chinese. In addition to that, she has diplomas in Microsoft Office Tools, Computer Automation, Abacus Reckoning and Accounting among other things.

Mabel is one of Realys project manager. Mabel excels in solving technical problems and unexpected issues and understanding our clients’ needs. As responsible of the Porsche project, she mainly focuses on solving problems, clients requested modifications, keeping the deadlines and the budget in the estimated limits.

Since she got her Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from HIT University in China in 2003, Mabel worked for two engineering companies: Beijing Jiayu Corporation and China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC). In the same time, Mabel completed her education by following several trainings such as ISO 9000/ISO 14000 System and a training in project Management from the College of Management (CSCEC).

Pierre is responsible of Realys Group sourcing activities. Self-driven and dynamic, Pierre is at the head of the sourcing and procurement team.

From his 2 year experience in sourcing in China, Pierre developed a strong experience in green product sourcing. He managed to combine Realys Group strong expertise in architecture and construction with his own skills in order to establish Realys leadership in that field. Pierre excels at handling our clients’ most complex request and finding tailor-made energy-efficient engineering solutions that match our clients’ needs and requirements.

Prior to specializing in sourcing, Pierre did a Master of Sciences in Business Engineering at Solvay Brussels School of Management and Economics.

Sandy Zhang joined Realys Group (AOS China) in June 2008 as Senior Designer Manager. Sandy is specialized in interior decoration design. At Realys Group, she worked on several projects: Project experience: Interior design for Areva Dubai (4,800 Sqm); Interior design for Mongolian Post Bank (4,000 Sqm); Interior design for Kraft Shanghai (4,500 Sqm), Interior Design for Sodexho Tianjin (685 Sqm); Interior design for Porsche Shanghai (6,700 Sqm).

Before that, Sandy was a Senior Designer at PDM International Design Company in Shanghai where she gained international experience by designing offices of international clients like Grundfos, Freescale, Adidas, IPG, Unisys, H&M, AT Kearney, Zimmer, etc. She also accumulated some experience as Retail Designer at Shanghai Red Door, and as Designer at Shanghai Winson Design.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design from Tonqji University. Sandy speaks English and Chinese fluently.

Sofia is member of our Construction and Engineering team and has a strong background in architectural and structure designing, construction and project management. At Realys Group, she has worked on various projects such as Eden Chocolate, Saint Gobain and Rhodia. Today, she spends most of her time managing the Porsche project.

Before joining Realys in December 2006, she worked at Zhejiang Lanxi Construction and Design Corporation as a structure designer. Sofia graduated from Wuhan University of Science Technology with a Major in Civil Engineering in 2005.

Herry is our Architect Designer. Herry is very dedicated to his job and appreciated for his commitment in anything he undertakes. At Realys Group, Herry has accumulated a strong multicultural working experience, thanks to his active involvement in several projects in Asia and the Middle-East. So far, Herry worked on the following projects: Areva Doha, Areva Shanghai, Areva Dubai, Rhodia, China Floors and Sodexo.

Herry did Petra Christian University 5-year-programme in Architecture (Indonesia). After that, Herry accumulated work experience at Can-Smithgroup and also as self employed architect when he designed several houses projects and collaborated actively with the engineer team involved in the project. Besides that, Herry has also been involved in social projects in Indonesia.

Anne is Realys Group’s Finance Controller. Committed to her job, Anne is in charge of the external accountant coordination and keeps our books up to date. In addition to that, she is responsible of all recruitment, legal requirements, logistics and IT tasks. On daily basis, she also assists Realys managers in coordinating and managing internal functions.
Prior to joining Realys Group in May 2008, Anne worked at Valeo where she gained international experience by working both in France and China. Anne holds a Master in Finance and Accounting from Intec – Arts et Métiers (Paris). Anne is fluent in French and English and has some notions of mandarin.

Guillaume joined Realys Group in April 2008. As business developer, Guillaume is in charge of Realys Green Sourcing sales in the Benelux and in France.
Before that, Guillaume worked for Nestle as Area Manager for 2 years where he was responsible of a broad portfolio of “horeca” clients (prospecting, business development and building loyalty).
Guillaume holds a Degree in Marketing and International sales from EPHEC (Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales). Guillaume is driven by challenges and fully shares Realys Group Green entrepreneurial mind.

Xuan is our EHS Engineer. Xuan joined Realys Group in 2007 after accumulating strong professional experience at MSP Ltd and Ruentex Group, mainly working with international clients. Xuan has an unusual teamwork ability, is very enthusiastic and an open-minded personality which allows him accomplish wide range of assignments. At Realys, Xuan worked on the Eden Chocolates project among others.
Xuan holds a Master in Engineering (Department of Construction Materials) from Penza National Construction University (Russia), and a Bachelor in Management from the Economic and Management School from the same university. Xuan is fluent in Russian, English and Mandarin.

Jim joined Realys Group after accumulating five year of work experience, from which three were realized in international companies. Jim successively worked at China Electronic System, M+W Zander, Hoocker Cockram Shanghai, Bovis Lend Lease Projects and then again at Cockram Shanghai. In all these companies, Jim gained experience as M&E Engineer and Drainage/HVAC Project Engineer.

Jim holds a Bachelor in HVAC from Wuhan Science Technology University and has a diploma of Assistant Engineer. Jim is fluent in Chinese and English.
