Realys is growing and has an international and diverse workforce. We are 180 people worldwide, 85 in the UK, and our average age is just 35. All our people are handpicked for their industry expertise and ability to question convention.

It can be intense at times. To deflect the pressure in our office, we have spaces set aside for relaxing and table tennis to work-out those negative charges. There are weekly pilates classes, regular quiz nights and free smoothies as a healthy alternative to the usual caffeine fix.
